Delivery

Here at FunkyShirt we use Royal Mail's 1st class delivery service for all our orders. A signature is sometimes required on delivery but in most cases is not. Our first class delivery service costs absolutely nothing...not even a penny. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of payment and confirmation.

After we have posted your order, first class Royal Mail parcels are most often delivered within 2 - 4 days, but have been known to take over a week. There is no guarantee of delivery time. If there is nobody to sign for the order or the item is too large to post a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery or collection.

Return or exchange an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
Please note:

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.
• "Returns note" MUST be completed and sent back with the item, if not then the returns process will be delayed.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please email returns@funkyshirt.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return and will send out a replacement. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

I received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please email returns@funkyshirt.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return and will send out the correct order.
